About Our Services

Equity Ease provides custom design services for branding, logos, packaging, and digital content. All creative work is made uniquely for each client following fair and transparent business practices under California law.

Use of Website

Users must not misuse our site or content. Copying, hacking, or sharing restricted materials is not allowed. Equity Ease may limit access or take legal action under California jurisdiction for any violation.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, and designs belong to Equity Ease. Clients receive ownership of the final approved design after full payment, while drafts and creative concepts remain agency property.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details and feedback on time. Delays or false information can affect delivery schedules and may lead to extra service charges under contract terms.

Payments and Billing

Projects start after the first payment. Full ownership transfers when payment is complete. All transactions follow California consumer protection and fair billing laws. Payments are final once work begins.

Revisions and Delivery

Each plan includes limited revision rounds. Extra edits may require extra payment. Final files are shared through secure digital delivery once the client approves the design.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible before project work starts. After designs are shared, payments are non-refundable. This policy follows California Business and Professions Code section 1750 for fairness.

Data and Privacy

Client data is protected under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell or rent personal data. Requests to access or delete information can be made anytime via email.

Limitation of Liability

Equity Ease is not liable for loss of profits, delays, or system errors beyond our control. Our total liability under any claim will never exceed the total amount paid for the service.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in a California court with both parties agreeing to fair and lawful handling under state law.

Policy Changes

We may update these terms when needed to follow new state laws or improve transparency. The latest version with date will always be displayed here for review.
